  • Proof of salary of the guarantor (if the tenant does not have their own income of min. 3 times the rent, and for international applicants, we require an official translation in German or English – bank statements are not accepted as proof of salary).
  • Schufa report of the guarantor (only for guarantors residing in Germany)
  • Certificate of rent arrears (not required if the prospective tenant has not previously entered into a rental agreement)
  • Blocked account with a current date (only for proof of salary of the prospective tenant or guarantor outside the EU)
  • Certificate of registration or enrollment, or training or internship contract (please only apply after receiving confirmation)
