- Schufa report of the guarantor (only for guarantors residing in Germany)
- Certificate of rent arrears (not required if the prospective tenant has not previously entered into a rental agreement)
- Blocked account with a current date (only for proof of salary of the prospective tenant or guarantor outside the EU)
- Certificate of registration or enrollment, or training or internship contract (please only apply after receiving confirmation)
